Project and Design Goals
Create a UI to easily find Watch Groups that are currently live.
Make the UX light weight and easy to launch new rooms.
Make any new UI elements fit into the Design System and follow current UI design language.
Allow users to discover new content from Watch Groups.
Challenges
How to ensure users are constantly engaging and creating new watch groups.
Create ways to moderate chats so not to become toxic.
Make sure content Watch Groups are diverse and not the same content repeating.
Success metrics
Increase in streaming hours and MAUs.
Steady engagement with Group Watch.
Increase in watch diversity, increasing the front end depth of the long tail of watch titles.
