These two projects are from my graduate character development class. The purpose of this project was to concept and create a 3D character to be used in the Unreal Tournament video game engine. Not only did we have to make the characters fully ready for in-game use but their story and personality had to also be development and fully written about.

The two characters were created with a very small polygon count, which is sometimes necessary so not to overload a video game engine. The idea was that if you could create a good character design with minimal polygons, then you can easily create one with higher polygon counts if the game engine allows for it.

My first character design named "Zenni"
Zenni was created with a very low polygon count so that it would run smoothly in video game engines.
This character was suppose to be all robot except for a human brain encased in its chest!
Video game characters have to look good and feel structurely fit from any angle.
